Layer 02 - The Characters Kato Juri Kato Juri is another one of Juri's classmates. She was one of the girl's to receive the letter from Chisa-chan in the Wired. The way she dramatically sobbed over the ordeal shows how either a) tender hearted she is, or b) melodramatic. She is friends with Reika and Arisu, and seems to accept Lain alright, though she is apt to comment on Lain's childish appearance from time to time. Juri's a bit more compassionate than Reika, but is still a typical middle school girl with the adolescent tendencies. SPOILERS In the end when Lain erases the memory of her from everyone and Arisu goes to school with an odd look on her face, trying to find that missing piece of her mind where she gets the idea to e-mail someone from.. but she doesn't know who.. Juri uncharacteristically asks if she's on her period, if that's why she's acting weird, and Reika uncharacteristically repremands her 'rude' behavior when it would normally be the other way around. <<Return
